First Stop - Local Wine Shop

Our first stop is a local wine shop and  wine bar located in the SODO district of Orlando, FL.   Our goal is to help cultivate this Jewels forward progress, bringing more people into the area and introducing them to the town’s charm.

Advanced Sommelier Melissa J. McAvoy opened in 2015.  You will enjoy a focused flight of 3 wines from various regions of the world showing terroir and typicity. You will be provided 3 small bites to pair with the wines.  Retail purchases are encouraged.

Education for beginning wine drinkers is really important to foster a lifelong appreciation for different varieties of wine. At your first stop we want to teach and interact with our customers and consistently educate them so they can gradually build a portfolio of sorts for themselves as to what wines they enjoy.

The historic ambiance will pair a warm setting with the energy of often live acoustic music and rotating events from local artists. The menu will feature a strong assortment of daily wines specials for you to purchase.
